	White Patio set includes counter,  built-in grill, stove, fridge, beer cooler, trash bin, firepit, and s'mores deco. sims can get beer from the beer cooler (SSoW beer skins included), fridge, stove, grill and trashbin are all working objects.  the firepit is NOT animated, but is a functional, joinable object that sims can view and converse around. special thanks to Raeven at Simblesse Oblige for all her help with the firepit. credit to SSoW, Lost-to-Sims, and Turbo. inspired and created for the Decorate My House Challenge at My House forum.

	Original Neighborhood Signs Downtown Signs Vacation Island Signs Old Town Signs Studio Town Signs Magic Town Signs each zip includes either street corner signs or lot number signs, depending on the area it's for. some of the areas did not name all the different streets shown on the map, so i made some up. sims can "ask" the signs "Where am I?" and a balloon window will pop up with the names of the streets or the lots. based on a Rug-O-Matic 1 tile rug, hacked to be non intersectable, so if you can use those rugs, any of the sets will work in your game regardless of whether or not you have the different areas in your game, the street or lot names just wont be correct for the lot you're on. odd note about the signs, for some reason they are very particular about where you click them to "ask" your location. i could not figure out why this was, so you may have to move your cursor around a bit to get the option, especially with the old town and magic town residential ones.
Sim City Women's Health this zip includes everything shown in the large preview pic EXCEPT the hanging gowns. download the hanging gowns appropriate for you game below. adult sims can get a mammogram from the mammogram x-ray machine, and it will max all their needs. the exam table is a recliner where wims can take a nap, the sit option has been disabled. Gown Dresser - Buyable Gown Dresser these two files have the exact same graphics, the hanging hospital gowns. the buyables link includes a dresser for those with buyables in their game (at least Hot Date required). the gown dresser link includes a dresser for games that do not have buyables. for both, please be sure to read the in the zips for important installation and use instructions. big thanks go to freeda_bee, anoush, and moshi for help with testing, and extra thanks to freeda_bee for renaming all the gown skins to avoid skin conflicts. credits to C&C Enterprises, Jack Wolfsim, and Turbo.	too see an in game clinic go HERE. please note that these pics were taken before z buffers were fixed on the mirror and the x-ray films. the files in the downloads will not have those z buffer problems.
